Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Webster, TX seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. This PRN opportunity supports families and interdisciplinary teams, focusing on evaluation and treatment of neurological and complex ortho needs.

The role requires OT degree, state licensure, and excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate care with clients and caregivers in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Experience in treating neurologically related disorders preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

We provide treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses in the most functional setting there is - a person's own home and community.

We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists who want to provide patient-centered care in Webster, TX, and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
