Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centered care in Moncks Corner, SC and surrounding communities. This role offers PRN positions delivering therapy in patients' homes and communities, supported by interdisciplinary teams and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating impairments, upper extremity function, ADLs/IADLs, cognitive needs, and adaptive equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
• Experience in neurologically related disorders preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.

We provide treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnosis in the most functional setting there is - a person's own home and community.

We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in the Moncks Corner, SC and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
