Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehab potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise COTA and students; train facility staff as needed.
• Communicate progress with physicians, families, and the health team.
