Bear Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist to evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and supervise aides in direct resident care. You will collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the healthcare team, documenting progress and participating in care conferences and QA meetings.

Licensed OT in Texas is required; a Master's or Doctorate is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy; advanced degree preferred.
• Licensed OT in state with ongoing continuing education.
• Strong computer skills for Net Health and PointClickCare.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise COTA and aides; provide staff training.
• Communicate progress with physicians, families, and nurses.
• Complete compliant documentation per requirements.
• Participate in care conferences and rehab meetings.
