Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state.
• Continuing education requirements must be met.
• Proficiency with clinical documentation systems (Net Health, Point Click Care).

Responsabilités

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs, functional limitations, and rehab potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and aides in direct resident care.
• Communicate progress and discharge plans with physicians, nursing staff, residents and families.
