Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for inpatient rehabilitation at a non-profit hospital in Knoxville, TN. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapies to help patients regain independence and improve daily functioning.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, provide compassionate care, and contribute to outcomes-driven care plans; 1:1 sessions and emphasis on quality care are key, with a Monday-Friday schedule and occasional weekend coverage.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license or the ability to obtain one
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
• Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' daily activities and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate care and support during recovery journeys.
• Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions and monitor progress toward rehabilitation outcomes.

About the Position

As an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in an inpatient rehab setting, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life following injury, illness, or surgery. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing patients' ability to perform daily activities and achieve their rehabilitation goals. This Occupational Therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and provide compassionate care and support as they navigate their recovery journey.
