Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for an inpatient rehab position in Irvine, CA. The role involves 1:1 care with patients for 60 to 90 minutes, handling 4–5 patients daily, focusing on evidence-based care to drive meaningful recovery.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and an active California OT license (or ability to obtain). Inpatient rehab experience is preferred; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Active California OT license or the ability to obtain one.
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred.
• H1-B Visa Sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• One-to-one patient care for 60–90 minutes, 4–5 patients per day.
• Mentorship and training with a compassionate team.
• Documentation time of about 1 hour daily.
• Work with Stroke, TBI, Spinal Cord, Polytrauma and other rehab populations.

Full-time permanent Inpatient Rehab position...Inpatient Rehab is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding settings in all of healthcare. It is, at its core, the heart of Physical Therapy. In this setting, you will work with patients in the most critical state of their lives and have the opportunity to meet them in their dire need. Additionally, you will be able to have a profound impact over the course of their 3 to 4-week stay and see them make drastic improvements to return to their life. You will work with various Ortho, Neuro & Cardiac patient populations, seeing 4-5 patients per day. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. QUALIFICATIONS
