Nealy Pierce is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for an inpatient rehab setting. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life after injury or surgery.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, providing compassionate care to 7–8 patients per day, with a focus on outcomes. A 60-day training/onboarding period with mentorship is included, and sponsorship is not available for H1B visas.
