Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for an inpatient rehabilitation role at a non-profit hospital. You will assess and implement therapy plans to help adults and seniors regain independence after injury, illness, or surgery.

The position emphasizes 1-on-1 sessions, a multidisciplinary team approach, and focused improvements in daily activities. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30 with 1 in 7 weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active PT license or ability to obtain one.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Collaborative, team-building personality style.
• Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred.

• Full-Time Inpatient Rehabilitation
• Mentorship from a team of 12 PTs, OTs, and SLPs
• 6 patients/day
• Dedicated 1-on-1 therapy sessions focused on quality care and improved patient outcomes
• Primarily adult and geriatric patients (50% ortho, 30% neuro, 20% general)
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30, 1in7 weekends

About the Position

As an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in an inpatient rehab setting, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life following injury, illness, or surgery. This OT will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and provide compassionate care and support as they navigate their recovery journey.
