Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for an inpatient rehabilitation setting in a nonprofit hospital. You will assess and plan individualized interventions, working with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active OT license or the ability to obtain one.
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions in inpatient rehab.

About the Position

As an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in an inpatient rehab setting, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life following injury, illness, or surgery. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing patients' ability to perform daily activities and achieve their rehabilitation goals. This Occupational Therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and provide compassionate care and support as they navigate their recovery journey.

Qualifications
