Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist for inpatient rehab to help patients regain independence after injury, illness, or surgery. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and managing a caseload of 7–8 patients per day.

This full-time role includes formal 60-day onboarding with mentorship, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and generous PTO.

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

As an Occupational Therapist (OT) in an inpatient rehab setting, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life following injury, illness, or surgery. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing patients' ability to perform daily activities and achieve their rehabilitation goals. This Occupational Therapist will be working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and providing compassionate care and support to 7-8 patients per day as they navigate their recovery journey.
