Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for an inpatient rehab position. You will provide 1:1 patient care, handle 4–6 patients daily, and join a mentorship-focused team dedicated to evidence-based care and patient improvement.

The role involves treating Stroke, TBI, SCI, and polytrauma, with a 3–4 week patient stay and opportunities to profoundly impact recovery. Licensed OT in Oklahoma preferred; H-1B sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Oklahoma PT license or the ability to obtain one.
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred.
• H-1 B visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient Rehab setting working with Stroke, Brain Injuries (TBI), spinal cord injuries (SCI), Polytrauma, and more.
• Meet patients in their dire need and support recovery during the 3 to 4-week stay.
• Work with various Ortho, Neuro, Cardiac, and Pulmonary diagnoses; see 4-5 patients per day.

In this setting, you will work with patients in the most critical state of their lives and have the opportunity to meet them in their dire need. Additionally, you will be able to have a profound impact over the course of their 3 to 4-week stay and see them make drastic improvements to return to their life. You will work with various Ortho, Neuro, Cardiac, and Pulmonary patient diagnoses, seeing 4-5 patients per day.
