Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time Inpatient Rehab role. You will care for patients 1:1, with 4–6 patients per day, and receive mentorship from a collaborative team dedicated to evidence-based care and patient improvement.

The position emphasizes a stable schedule, structured documentation time, and opportunities to impact patients during their 3–4 week stays across ortho, neuro, cardiac, and pulmonary diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred.
• H1-B Visa Sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 patient care with 4–6 patients per day.

• 1 hour of documentation time daily.
• Stable schedule and work environment.

Full-time permanent Inpatient Rehab position...Inpatient Rehab is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding settings in all of healthcare. It is, at its core, the heart of Occupational Therapy. In this setting, you will work with patients in the most critical state of their lives and have the opportunity to meet them in their dire need. Additionally, you will be able to have a profound impact over the course of their 3 to 4-week stay and see them make drastic improvements to return to their life. You will work with various Ortho, Neuro, Cardiac, and Pulmonary patient diagnoses, seeing 4-5 patients per day. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.
