Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking a full-time permanent Occupational Therapist for inpatient rehab in the United States. You will work with Stroke, TBI, spinal cord, polytrauma and related conditions, providing skilled therapy during a demanding and rewarding stay.

You will treat orthopedic, neurological and cardiac patients, seeing 4–5 patients per day, and you will participate in a 3–4 week rehabilitation trajectory designed to maximize patient outcomes and restore independence.

Qualifications

• Master's/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active OT license or ability to obtain one.
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred.
• H1-B Sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Work with patients in inpatient rehab settings, including orthopedic, neurological and cardiac populations.
• Impact patients during their 3- to 4-week stay and support return to life.
• Manage a caseload of 4–5 patients per day while delivering compassionate, servant-leader care.

Full-time permanent Inpatient Rehab position...Inpatient Rehab is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding settings in all of healthcare. It is, at its core, the heart of Occupational Therapy. In this setting, you will work with patients in the most critical state of their lives and have the opportunity to meet them in their dire need. Additionally, you will be able to have a profound impact over the course of their 3 to 4-week stay and see them make drastic improvements to return to their life. You will work with various Ortho, Neuro & Cardiac patient populations, seeing 4-5 patients per day. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care.
