Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehab team focusing on neurological conditions (SCI, TBI, stroke, etc.) in Modesto, California. The position emphasizes 1:1 patient care, mentorship, and a supportive, evidence-based environment.

You will work with a compassionate team of seven OTs and five PTs, with a 6-month mentorship program for new hires and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. H1-B sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Master's/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Neuro-focused position - Spinal Cord Injuries, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Stroke, etc

Full-time, permanent Inpatient Rehab position focused on the Neuro population. In this setting, you will work 1:1 with patients and will never be required to do group therapy. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire, and they have a Senior OT with over a decade of Neuro Acute and Inpatient Rehab experience. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care.
