Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time inpatient rehabilitation position. You will work with patients across stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injuries, and polytrauma, delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Master's/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient rehabilitation care to patients with stroke, brain injury, SCI, polytrauma, and related conditions.
• Collaborate with a compassionate team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Manage a caseload of 5–6 patients per day.
• Engage in mentorship and training from experienced therapists.

• $10,000 Sign-On + $5,000 relocation assistance
• Inpatient Rehab position working with Stroke, Brain Injury (TBI), Spinal Cord (SCI), Polytrauma, and more

• 1 hour blocked out daily for documentation

Full-time, permanent, Inpatient Rehab position... Inpatient Rehab is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding settings in all of healthcare. It is, at its core, the heart of Physical Therapy. In this setting, you will work with patients in the most critical state of their lives and have the opportunity to meet them in their time of need. Additionally, you will be able to have a profound impact on their recovery during their 3-week stay, and have the opportunity to see them make drastic improvements as they progress. You will work with various Ortho, Neuro & Cardiac patient populations, seeing 5-6 patients per day. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and a passion for patient-centered care. QUALIFICATIONS
