Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC in Oakland, CA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehab team. You will care for patients with stroke, traumatic brain injury, hip fracture, and other complex neurological and orthopedic conditions, delivering high-quality rehab.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, a supportive culture, a team of 7 OTs, and protected time for documentation. Inpatient rehab experience and an active OT license are required or obtainable; visa sponsorship is

• Active license or ability to obtain.
• Neuro experience preferred.
• Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred.

• 5-6 patients per day on average
• The average length of stay is 20 days
• 80%+ return to home rate
