Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for an inpatient rehab unit in Oklahoma. You will treat patients with stroke, brain injury, SCI, and other complex conditions, delivering 1:1 care and guiding patients through a typical 3–4 week stay.

You will work with ortho, neuro, cardiac, and pulmonary diagnoses, receive mentorship, and have one hour of daily documentation. The team emphasizes compassionate care and evidence-based practice, with a stable schedule and solid

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Active Oklahoma OT license or ability to obtain one.
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred.
• H-1B visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 patient care with 4–6 patients per day.
• Mentorship and team training focusing on evidence-based care.
• One hour daily documentation time.
• Full-time permanent inpatient rehab setting with varied diagnoses.

Full-time permanent Inpatient Rehab position...Inpatient Rehab is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding settings in all of healthcare. It is, at its core, the heart of Occupational Therapy. In this setting, you will work with patients in the most critical state of their lives and have the opportunity to meet them in their dire need. Additionally, you will be able to have a profound impact over the course of their 3 to 4-week stay and see them make drastic improvements to return to their life. You will work with various Ortho, Neuro, Cardiac, and Pulmonary patient diagnoses, seeing 4-5 patients per day. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
