Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our hospital-based team in Colorado Springs. The ideal candidate will educate patients about how their injuries/recoveries affect their bodies and guide them through treatment expectations as they transition from the hospital setting.

We welcome both new graduates and experienced therapists who value teamwork, patient-centered care, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to new grads and experienced therapists.
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
