Nealy Pierce, LLC seeks a full-time Neuro-focused Occupational Therapist for inpatient rehab. You will work 1:1 with patients focusing on spinal cord injuries and neurological conditions, in a compassionate, evidence-based setting with a team of 7 other OTs and 5 PTs.

The role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus, mentorship from a senior Neuro rehab OT, and a structured training program. New grads and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply, with a strong emphasis on bedside care and career

Qualificações

• Master's/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Inpatient rehab experience preferred.

Full-time, permanent Inpatient Rehab position focused on the Neuro population. In this setting, you will work 1:1 with patients and will never be required to do group therapy. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire, and they have a Senior OT with over a decade of Neuro Acute and Inpatient Rehab experience. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. QUALIFICATIONS
