Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join an in-house SNF facility in North Platte, NE. You will plan, organize, and direct occupational therapy services to ensure high-quality resident care in compliance with standards.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing treatment plans with goals, communicating findings to families and the interdisciplinary team, and coordinating therapy schedules. Supervision of COTA and proper documentation are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Occupational Therapy license in the practicing state.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.
