Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver OT services to patients across care communities. You will screen and evaluate, develop and implement treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning to meet patient goals.

You will supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and rehab technicians, ensuring efficient resource use and adherence to state practice acts and company policies. Maintain licensure and stay current with clinical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in alignment with professional standards.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Supervise assistants and rehab technicians and provide case management as needed.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and professional guidelines.
• Apply knowledge of billing models and guidelines to ensure appropriate care outcomes.
