Reliant Rehabilitation is hiring an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality OT services across care communities. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and participate in discharge planning while collaborating with a dedicated clinical team.

The role requires maintaining licensure and complying with all state and federal regulations, with emphasis on patient outcomes and professional conduct in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Graduated from ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state OT license to practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in alignment with OT standards and Reliant Rehabilitation’s guidelines.
• Screen and evaluate patients; develop and implement treatment plans; discharge planning.
• Supervise COTAs and rehab technicians during therapy sessions; ensure proper resource utilization.
