Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Enhance patients' functional abilities through direct OT services and program oversight.
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Supervise COTAs and Rehab Technicians during therapy sessions.
• Contribute to the growth and sustainability of a strong occupational therapy program.
• Advance clinical competencies through collaboration and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on OT developments.
• Apply knowledge of billing models and guidelines to meet clinical goals.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Demonstrate effective communication and documentation in English.
