Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (AOTA-approved).
• Active Florida OT license.
• Valid Florida driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
• Minimum 1 year of OT experience; home health experience preferred.
• Strong initiative and independent judgment.
• Aligned with the agency's mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate OT care in patients' homes.

Pay Range: $70 - $120/visit

What You Bring:
