Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare in Florida is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for Home Health Visits on a PRN/Per Diem basis in Manatee County. The OT will collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to help patients regain mobility and independence after illness or surgery, and educate families on fall prevention and balance.

• 1+ years of OT experience required, home health preferred.
• Active OT license in Florida.
• Valid Florida driver license, active vehicle insurance, and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence after illness or surgery.

What You Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Program (AOTA-approved)
• Active OT license in Florida
• Valid Florida drivers license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
• 1+ years of experience as an OT required, Home Health experience preferred
• Strong initiative and independent judgement
