Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a licensed or registered Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide direct patient care in the home environment, delivering assessment, treatment planning, and supervision of OT activities based on physician orders.

You will collaborate with physicians and care teams, re-evaluate patients, adjust plans, and educate patients and families on procedures and device use. Regular business hours with on-call supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) required.
• Valid OT licensure and driver’s license required.
• No prior experience required; supervision experience is not mandatory.
