Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a compassionate occupational therapist to deliver high-quality in-home care. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and implement activities, while educating families and adjusting plans as progress is made. Collaboration with physicians and other clinicians ensures integrated care and patient safety.

No prior experience required; new graduates are welcome. A valid driver’s license and OT licensure are required.

Responsibilities
