LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide direct patient care in patients' homes, performing assessments, evaluations, planning and executing treatments per physician orders.

You will educate patients and families on procedures, re-evaluate progress, and collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to adjust care plans and enhance recovery and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) required.
• Valid Driver's License and Occupational Therapist License required.
• No prior experience required.
