Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans and implements OT treatment programs based on physician referral or plan of care.
• Designs programs to meet patients' physical, psychological, and age-specific needs; conducts evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to meet patients' needs and educate patients/families.
