Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and implements occupational therapy treatment programs per plan of care.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals and needs.
• Documents patient care, charting, and daily schedule updates.
• Coordinates care with hospital activities, discharge planning, and rounds.
• Assigns and supervises the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and aides.
