Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network seeks an Occupational Therapist Home Health to provide quality therapy services in patients' homes. This role includes evaluating patients, establishing treatment plans in consultation with physicians, and guiding patients in therapeutic activities.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a valid OT license in their state of employment, with CPR certification required. Experience under supervision is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• CPR certification is mandatory.
• Experience under a qualified registered occupational therapy supervisor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluation to identify functional deficits.
• Establish a Plan of Treatment in consultation with the physician.
• Guide the patient in the use of therapeutic and self-care activities.
