Job summary

Pacific Villas Post Acute Oceansideidence Opco, LLC is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, coordinate with families and physicians, and maintain comprehensive documentation. The role includes supervision of COTA and aides, and participation in discharge planning and staff trainings.

Qualified candidates hold a state license as an Occupational Therapist and a Bachelor’s degree (Masters/ Doctorate preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy; Masters/Doctorate preferred.
• Proficient in Casamba and Point Click Care.
• Licensed OT in the state; maintain license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral.
• Develop and obtain approval for treatment plans.
• Treat patients per physician plan.
• Supervise COTA and aides in patient care.
• Document evaluations and daily treatment notes.
