Job summary

San Diego Post Acute is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist in California. You will evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral, develop treatment plans, and supervise COTA and aides as part of a collaborative health team.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, participating in care conferences, discharge planning, and ensuring compliance with state practice acts. California OT license and degree required; Casamba/Point Click Care experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• California OT license required.
• Experience with Casamba and Point Click Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of physician referral.
• Develop effective treatment plans and obtain approvals.
• Treat patients per physician treatment plan and supervise COTA and aides.
• Document evaluations and progress notes per board/state requirements.
• Participate in discharge planning and care conferences.
