Responsibilities

• Treat residents as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with requirements.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment per infection control and safety protocols.
• Participate in Resident Care conferences and rehab meetings as needed.
• Assist nursing with Restorative Aide training.
• Communicate progress and discharge plans to physicians, staff, residents and families.
