Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Minnesota. You will evaluate, plan and implement individualized treatment to enhance patient independence, while educating families on home safety and adaptive equipment.

The role is full-time with daytime schedule at Whitewater Health Services in St. Charles, MN; comprehensive benefits and licensure support are provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
