Continuum Therapy Partners in Charlottesville, VA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a patient-centered team delivering tailored therapy in a welcoming setting.

The role requires a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, an active state license, and NBCOT certification, with 1 year of OT experience preferred. You will evaluate patients, develop plans, and educate families on safety and adaptive equipment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
