Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Minnesota is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and improve functional independence. The role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in OT, a current state license, and NBCOT certification, with preference for 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of OT experience preferred.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
