Mercy South Rehab Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time daytime role to provide patient care by organizing and conducting prescribed therapy programs that help patients reach their maximum potential.
Requirements include a graduate of an accredited OT program, an active OT license or eligibility in Missouri (temporary license up to 90 days), BLS certification, ability to respond to emergencies, and NBOT certification preferred.
Provides patient care by organizing and conducting medically prescribed programs in order to achieve maximum potential. Displays treatment skills practicing within the scope of State Practice Act and in compliance with all rules and regulations with National Board and governing bodies in the state of practice. Promotes growth and development of department by assisting in special projects and/or coordinating activities in patient care programs.
