Job summary

Mercy Fort Smith is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide per diem patient care within prescribed programs, delivering services in alignment with state practice acts and regulatory bodies. You will support department growth by coordinating activities and contributing to special projects in patient care.

Qualification highlights include graduation from an accredited OT program, current OT licensure or eligibility (with up to 90 days temporary license), and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility in the hiring state, may work under a temporary license up to 90 days.
• Certifications: Current BLS.
• Other: Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• Preferred Certifications: National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy.
