Job summary

Mercy Hospital St. Louis Critical Care Medicine Fellowship seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide patient care within a high-acuity setting. Graduates from accredited OT programs will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and functional goals.

Applicants must have licensure or eligibility in the hiring state and current BLS certification. Ability to respond to emergencies is essential; a temporary license may be used for up to 90 days during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Licensure: Active OT license or eligibility in the hiring state (temporary license up to 90 days).
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.

Displays treatment skills practicing within the scope of State Practice Act and in compliance with all rules and regulations with National Board and governing bodies in the state of practice. Promotes growth and development of department by assisting in special projects and/or coordinating activities in patient care programs.
