Job summary

Mercy South Rehab Hospital is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for day shifts. The role focuses on organizing and conducting medically prescribed programs to maximize patient potential, within state practice rules. The department grows through project coordination and collaborative care across teams.

You will be part of a caring, collaborative Mercy healthcare system, contributing to innovative patient care and growth for the department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current OT license or eligibility in hiring state; temporary license up to 90 days.
• Current BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• Preferred: National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy.

• Work within the scope of State Practice Act and regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Licensure: Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state, may work under a temporary license up to 90 days.
