Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation in Florida is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver therapy services in alignment with our standards and regulatory requirements. You will screen, evaluate, and implement treatment plans while maintaining high professional conduct and collaboration with facilities.

Responsibilities include supervising COTAs and rehab technicians, coordinating care, and documenting outcomes to improve patient function.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Enhance patients’ functional abilities through direct OT services and program supervision.
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Supervise COTAs and rehab technicians during therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Contribute to growth and sustainability of the occupational therapy program.
• Advance clinical competencies through collaboration, ongoing learning, and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on developments in OT and healthcare.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols; ensure clear documentation in English.
