Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality occupational therapy services across care communities. The role involves direct patient care, treatment planning, and coordination with facilities to ensure compliant, effective therapy delivery.

You will supervise COTAs and rehab technicians, uphold professional conduct, and stay informed on licensing requirements and evolving guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation’s standards and regulations.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facilities while providing high-quality care.
• Screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and discharge planning.
• Supervise assistants and rehab technicians and manage case load.
• Maintain professional conduct and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
