BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in a hybrid capacity. You will develop and implement therapy plans addressing sensory processing, attention, executive functioning, and motor skills, coordinating with families and caregivers for in-home carryover.

You will supervise support staff, maintain documentation, and deliver 32 hours of direct therapy weekly.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required.
• State license as an Occupational Therapist is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification and CPI training (on-site training available).
• Knowledge of assessment tools and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Participate in initial multidisciplinary evaluations for new clients.
• Create and maintain comprehensive therapy plans for each client.
• Provide individual and group OT therapy focusing on motor, sensory, feeding, and social skills.
• Educate caregivers and collaborate with families to generalize skills at home.
• Supervise CSTs/OTAs and interns as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional documentation.
