Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unrestricted OT license with eligibility for cross-state licensure as Cortica expands.

Aufgaben

• Conduct assessments and set dynamic treatment goals using standardized and innovative tools.
• Deliver one-on-one, group, and co-treatment sessions with play-based approaches.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to design integrative care plans addressing sensorimotor, cognitive, and social aspects.
• Educate and empower families with home-based strategies to extend therapy gains.
