Ramseur Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Ramseur, NC is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our long-term care team. You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans and work with an interdisciplinary team to improve functional independence.

Requirements include a degree in Occupational Therapy, current OT license, and SNF experience preferred. We offer competitive wages, flexible schedule, PTO and opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
• SNF experience preferred.
• Holds current OT license/registration in the state.

Responsabilidades

• Provide OT evaluation based on MD orders.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Ensure documentation for evaluations, progress, and discharges.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and attend meetings.
• Supervise staff and students as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with facility policies.
• Document care plans and MDS information as required.
• Complete daily billing for OT services.
