Job summary

Ramseur Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Ramseur, NC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a dedicated care team providing comprehensive OT services in a long-term care setting.

You will perform formal evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with physicians and facility staff to ensure high-quality patient care. The role also includes supervising students and technicians and adhering to all facility policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate with an OT degree (B.S., M.S., or Doctorate) recognized by the AOTA.
• SNF experience preferred.
• Current license/registration in the state of North Carolina (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standardized forms timely and accurately.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Attend meetings and participate in interdisciplinary team activities.
