Job summary

Ramseur Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Ramseur, NC is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our long-term care team. You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote recovery and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate with OT degree recognized by AOTA.
• SNF experience preferred.
• Current OT license/registration in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on evaluation forms timely and accurately.
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver treatment using modalities and modify as indicated while adhering to precautions.
• Document daily participation and progress in progress notes.
