Ramseur Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Ramseur, NC, now under new management, seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our skilled rehab team. You will evaluate residents, develop and implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, M.S., or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by AOTA.
• SNF experience preferred.
• Holds current license/registration in the state as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Provide an occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely and accurately.
• Create a comprehensive treatment plan with goals, frequency and duration.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver comprehensive treatment using modalities and adjust as needed.
• Document daily participation, progress, and discharge plans as indicated.
• Participate in facility meetings and act as rehab delegate to the interdisciplinary team.
